Q1: Healthy Habits and Goals

It’s not a surprise that statistically 80% of New Year’s resolutions are ditched by this point. With this quarter’s guide, our goal is to help identify and build sustainable habits that help our Littles set and reach goals.

Q2: Self Care

With spring just around the corner, warmer temperatures and growing Littles can lead to some unpleasant conversations about things like hygiene. This quarter’s guide is meant to be a tool to help you have those necessary discussions without awkwardness. The activities are geared toward taking care of one’s health in different ways whether related to a hygiene routine, healthcare, or preparation for a job interview.
