Misty currently leads the Value Added Division of Cargill Protein North America. She joined Cargill in 2005 as a brand manager and then led marketing for Cargill’s beef business. She also spent time in operations of Cargill’s McDonald’s hamburger plant and led the sales team of its global products sold to Walmart and Sam’s Club. Misty is the executive sponsor of Cargill Protein’s Ability Network (iCAN).

In addition to KSBBBS, she also serves on the board of WSU’s Barton School of Business. Misty holds a B.A. in Communications from WSU. She resides in Wichita with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, swimming, cycling and being outdoors.
